General Search Guidelines
-
All searches are case insensitive. Thus all search information that you enter
can be in any case: upper, lower or mixed case.
- Textbox labels with a red asterisk at the end are required text fields.
-
You can enter partial information in any search textbox. For example, for a
name search, if you enter in the string SMI for the last name and
the letter J for the first name then your search results will show
all names with last names that begin with SMI and with first names
that begin with the letter J.
-
Your search results information will be display in the right frame.
To select an account number click your mouse anywhere in the account number row.
