Chapter 720

False Alarm Charge
When St. Louis County Police respond to an alarm call in the unincorporated area of St. Louis County which is determined to be false, the property's owner must pay a $25.00 false alarm charge. The Police Department will notify the owner in writing of the charge. Payments are collected by the License Division. Unpaid charges are subject to an arrest warrant.
