Drivers' Licenses
The State of Missouri, not the St. Louis County Department of Revenue, issues Motor Vehicle and Driver Licenses. Merchants' License
Commonly known as a "Business License", Merchants' Licenses are handled by the Personal Property unit of the Assessment Division. For more information visit the Assessment Division web page.

Department of Public Works
