Begin Appeal Process
Step 1

Please Note:
The online property assessment appeal page depends on the successful operation of many electronic systems and devices, many of which are beyond the control of The Board of Equalization (BOE). We cannot guarantee the availability of the online property assessment appeal web page at all times. We highly recommend that you do not wait until the last minute in order to submit your appeal online. The BOE will not be responsible for any missed online appeal submissions due to the unavailability of its online property assessment appeal web page.

The Board of Equalization (BOE) is not accepting property assessment appeals until May 1, 2014. Consequently this online appeal page is disabled for submitting appeals until that time. By state statute the BOE can only accept real estate and personal property assessment appeals between May 1 and the second Monday in July of each year.

If you have previously submitted a BOE appeal online you may view and print your appeal information by signing into your Revenue online account and clicking the View Your Appeals Filed Online link below.

If you have any questions or comments you may contact the BOE's Office at (314) 615-7195 or email at
